Fan has over two decades of experience in the tech/gaming industry as well as professional services. She started her career at Lehman Brothers as an equity investor. After her MBA at Columbia University, she worked at Boston Consulting Group, advising business strategy for Fortune 500 companies. Later on in Fan’s career, she switched from professional services to operating roles. She worked at Riot Games (the developer of League of Legends) managing global publishing, eSports, and business development. After Riot, she joined Amazon, leading APAC business development for Amazon Luna (a cloud gaming solution). Her last role was the VP of Games at Dapper Labs, where she managed a $725m ecosystem fund to invest in web3 space. Fan’s recent focus has been investing in various asset classes and advising gaming/tech startups.
